Home Start Hope provides brand new, essential household items to women and their children transitioning to independent living from emergency shelters in Rochester, NY.  At Home Start Hope we serve women who have experienced homelessness including veterans, women recovering from addiction and survivors of domestic violence. Since 2010 we have met the needs of more than 300 women and children.


The Junior League of Rochester Diaper Bank addresses diaper need in Monroe County, as well as surrounding counties, by providing diapers and diapering supplies to partnership organizations and social workers.


United Health Care's mission is to help people live healthier lives and to help make the health system work better for everyone.

Child Care Council Inc. is a nonprofit agency working to improve the quality and increase the quantity of child care in Monroe, Livingston and Wayne counties. Child Care Council provides information, training and resources to parents, child care providers and businesses. The agency provides free and enhanced referrals to help parents make the best child care choice for their family. Eat Smart New York (ESNY) helps people with limited incomes learn how to eat better for less money. Our Eat Smart New York program, funded by USDA SNAP Nutrition Education, is part of the Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) system Eat Smart New York program which offers nutrition education through CCE county associations across New York State.

The Finger Lakes Children's Environmental Health Center’s mission is to positively impact the health of the mother, unborn, newborn and children who have environmental exposures to pollutants and contaminants.  We serve a 15 county region through health interventions, healthcare provider education (physicians, nurses, and those in training) and community education in partnership with community programs.  We are part of a statewide network funded by NYS Department of Health. The Housing Council at PathStone is a HUD-approved comprehensive housing counseling agency. It  provides landlord education, foreclosure prevention, pre-purchase counseling, services and fair housing education.


Legal Assistance of Western New York, Inc.® (LawNY®)  is a not-for-profit law firm established to provide access to the justice system to low-income people and other vulnerable populations who have civil legal problems.
